Cherie Kirschbaum
Cherie Kirschbaum discovered her calling at 12-years-old. A natural leader determined to make
a difference, she founded a nonprofit, the Southside Junior Philanthropics, and embarked on a mission to create awareness and raise money for special needs children. As the founder and President of City Projects, Inc., Cherie’s network is bigger, her experience is broader, and her passion for helping others continues to drive her personal and professional life. An in-depth understanding of nonprofits and real estate, her enterprising nature and ability to make things happen, position her as a trusted and effective real estate development consultant, presenter and author.
