Jason Newcomer

Jason Newcomer is an experienced senior manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in an organized and professional manner while meeting the Program, Budget and Schedule objectives of his client. Jason has strong operational and project supervisory skills with 14 years of construction management experience. He has managed over $80 million worth of real estate development and construction involving a variety of project types including schools, hospitals, office, retail, residential multi-family and mixed-use projects.  Jason is a highly seasoned leader of teams able to manage large and diverse groups of individuals in order to achieve extraordinary results.

Jason has extensive understanding of lease negotiations between developer/owners and prospective tenants with twelve years of experience directly negotiating leases and their associated work letters for both the tenant and the developer. Jason also has experience in Project and Development Management, Design and Construction Management, Project Finance, Asset Management, Property Management, Facility Management and Program Operations Management.

• Civil Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA, Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado.
• Serves on the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) Board of Directors and is a member Housing Colorado.
• University instructor where he teaches courses on Sustainable Development, Green Design and Construction Principles, and Advanced Construction Management Seminars.
