Non-Profit Clients

More Opportunities for Organizations

City Projects utilizes its expertise to provide information and analysis to support an informed real estate position. We are able to evaluate an organization’s wants, needs and desires, as well as available financing, organizational capacity and market conditions to arrive at an actionable decision. Our process gives organizations the opportunity to make a more informed decision and move forward confidently with City Projects by their side.

Funding and Financing Expertise

Often one of the first questions our clients ask is, "How do we pay for our project?" Our answer is always the same: Plan first and the money will follow. Our expertise includes discovering and enabling the appropriate funding for project completion. This includes conventional resources, such as capital campaigns and foundation support, other options such as tax-exempt bonds or debt financing, as well as local, state and federal grants. Our comprehensive view of the capital funding environment provides essential information to the staff and board to facilitate decision-making.

A Collaborative Approach

We are well-versed at navigating the particular decision making structures that govern non-profits and their partners; enabling us to galvanize and create political will for a capital project or facilities expansion. This collaborative process--both among internal and external stakeholders--builds a broad base of support, not only for the project, but the organization itself.

"Thank you for your professional and compelling work, this went a long way in giving our governing board the information they needed to make a decision."

~Debby Harrison-Zarkis, CEO Olathe Community Clinic
