Projects
City Projects has been fortunate to work with nonprofits committed to providing programs, services and housing for adults, children and families. Each has embarked on a real estate project that enhanced their capacity to fulfill their mission and provide opportunities to attract new donors and stakeholders.
City Projects is proud to have helped achieve these results and more:
- Planned the first permanent home for The Center thirty four year old organization with expanded services integrated into the community
- Secured city funding for a complete renovation for CHARG Resource Center’s clinic and community center in need of major repairs
- Put renovation plans in place for financing and is leading the project team for Mile High Youth Corps’ with new classrooms, a computer learning center, distribution center and offices
- Located a space for Flobots, a music and community nonprofit, that exceeded their hopes and dreams for events and concerts
- Managed project process, planning, stakeholder relationships and financing for the Denver Housing Authority’s Benedict Park Place, an affordable housing development to revitalize Denver’s Five Points neighborhood
