Charg Resource Center

challenge:
Serious plumbing issues were threatening the ability of CHARG to remain in their turn-of-the-century home that served as their offices, clinic and community center. Few updates or major repairs had been done for nearly 15 years.

solution:
After completing a physical needs assessment, City Projects master-minded and oversaw a complete renovation of the interior and exterior of the house, secured a $250,000 grant from the City of Denver’s Office of Economic Development and a bridge loan from Mile High Community Loan Fund. This transformed CHARG’s ability to serve their consumers.
