For years the organization wanted to expand several of its clinics but was struggling to get the project off the ground.
solution:
Acting as the catalyst for this initiative, City Projects is bringing enthusiasm and the organizational component needed to galvanize the Executive Management Team and create a real estate plan that will fulfill MHCD’s expansion goals. City Projects completed two Real Estate Strategic Assessments and is now leading the effort for site selection and pre-development planning for a new mental health wellness center.
