challenge:
After thirty four years, The Center wanted to purchase a building that would inspire the LGBT community and provide the first permanent home for their expanded programs for youth, adults and elders.

City Projects developed a readiness assessment plan, provided strategic direction, located an ideal property and secured financing for the project and built bridges with strategic partners. The new space revitalized The Center’s mission, enhancing fundraising capability and allowing for expansion of educational programs for youth, adults, families and seniors.
